As Berkeley’s most trusted hearing care experts, we pride ourselves on being there for our patients, come rain or shine.
Although the recent events have changed how we can see our patients, our availability and willingness to help have not.
Patients have been contacting us expressing their need for hearing aid repairs and maintenance, distressed because they believe there is nothing they can do about it.
This is why we are delighted to let them know that they can still get their hearing aids serviced without risking unnecessary social contact.
We are calling this new service “Drive-Thru Audiology.”
Want To Know How It Works?
Patients can drive up to our office, drop their hearing aids in our front window dropbox for one of our team members to collect. The window dropbox requires no contact, ensuring both our patients and our team are kept safe.
Your devices can then be collected by our professionals, cleaned, and/or repaired before safely returning them to you through our dropbox.
If your hearing aids require further attention and we need to send them to the manufacturer, we can mail them for you and arrange a time for you to pick them back up from the window.
Your devices will be thoroughly cleaned, wiped, and sanitized before returning to you.
