Accessible Hearing Care for All in the Bay Area

Hearing care doesn’t just involve hearing aids— with the help of a trained Audiologist, your hearing health can thrive, no matter where you got your hearing aids from.

For members of our community who recently relocated to the area, or purchased your hearing aids from somewhere else and would like to explore a potential upgrade, our Adoption Plan could be the right move for you.

We become your long-term hearing healthcare partners to help you with regular hearing evaluations, hearing aid reprogramming, and more of our expert services to make sure your devices are running smoothly and efficiently.

No matter what you and your ears need, we’re here to help you, every step of the way.

Adoption Plan: Access Our Ongoing Service and Care

If you purchased your hearing devices elsewhere, but now you’re looking for a provider who consistently cares about your hearing healthcare, while also comprehensively making sure you get the best performance possible from your current hearing devices, this is the right option for you.

With our ‘Adoption’ Plan, your care is transferred to us, and we become your long-term hearing healthcare partners.

This includes:

  • A thorough hearing test to establish your current hearing thresholds and allow us to properly program your hearing aids (we will bill your insurance, if any, but your cost is included in the plan – a $300 value)
  • A 45-day Refitting Period, which includes a 60-minute Initial Refit Appointment, and two 60-minute Real-World Adjustment Appointments to kick-start your journey and allow you to maximize the performance of your devices ($900 value)
  • Access to two preventative maintenance checks to continually monitor, test, and carry out preventive maintenance checks on your devices to make sure of optimal performance ($50 value per visit)
  • Access to Bluetooth/Wireless connectivity pairing support ($50 value per visit)
  • Loaner devices made available to you if your devices ever require repair or replacement, ensuring you’re always with hearing aids ($300 value per aid)
  • Professional Wax Removal Appointments as needed (maximum of two per year; 30 min./visit – a value of $150 per visit)
  • Access to two Troubleshooting/Support Appointments with an audiologist whenever you require help or have any questions ($150 value per visit)

You will have our commitment to take the best possible care of you and your hearing needs.

We will be there for you and are at your service.

$1,000 per year

*Only available if your devices are less than 5 years old
