Kelly Marston

Patient Care Coordinator

I joined the Berkeley Hearing Center to help work with the patients in the midst of the increasing demands that the Covid pandemic put on everyone.

While I had not worked in audiology or a medical practice, determining the needs of clients, working with complex schedules, and healthcare environments were all familiar. Each day, interacting with our patients is the best part of my job.

I earned my AB in Politics from Princeton University and my MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. I started my career as a management consultant working on strategy and operations management projects primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. I have also worked in nonprofits, small businesses, as well as academic medical institutions.

As for what I do in my spare time, it’s generally full juggling activities with my three kids. Between baseball, crew, softball, dance, windsurfing, and school they keep me busy all around the Bay Area.

But I can catch a curveball from my teenage son with my non-dominant hand, am learning the intricacies of crew, and get to spend days by the water, which is one of my great loves.
